A kézzel szüretelt alapanyagot bogyózás után kíméletesen préseltük. Az erjesztés irányított hőmérsékleten vadélesztővel történt. Az alkoholos erjedés után a tétel 30%-ban almasavat bontottunk. A bort részben tartályban, részben 5hl-es magyar tölgyfahordóban érleltük finomseprőn tartással 5 hónapig.
